1. Data we collect

Account: email, name, age, gender and language.

What you add in the app: chat messages, text the AI extracts from your lab reports, medicine details (name, strength, expiry, notes).

2. Why we use it

To run the app and give AI answers. We do not sell your data.

3. Photos and PDFs

We do not store report or medicine photos/PDFs. They are sent to the AI service only to be read. Only the extracted text (such as a report summary) is saved.

Doctor documents (degree, registration, ID proof) are stored privately only for verification, visible only to our admin team, and deleted when the account is deleted. Patients' report and medicine photos are still never stored.

If you attach a photo or PDF in the chat, it is sent to our AI provider only to read it and is not stored by us; only the text answer is saved.

4. Third-party AI service

We use an outside AI service to create answers. Your messages and photos are sent to it to produce a reply.

5. Who we share data with

The public profile a doctor fills in (name, speciality, qualifications, experience, languages, city, fee, bio) is shown to patients after verification.

When you book an appointment, your name, age, gender, phone number and concern are shared with the doctor you book.

If you choose, a short summary of your chat symptoms is shared only with the doctor you book. It is optional, you can edit it first.

6. How long we keep data

Until you delete it.

7. Your rights

You can see your data and correct it in your Profile.

The "Delete my data" button in your Profile removes your account and all your data. This is also how you withdraw your consent.

8. Security

Data is kept on our servers with encryption in transit and access controls so each person sees only their own data. No system is completely risk-free.

9. Children

This app is for people aged 18 and over.

10. Contact and grievance officer

Support contact details and the grievance officer's name and email are not currently available.
